Terms & Conditions:
By proceeding with a booking at Layout Studio, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
A security deposit of PKR 30,000 is required per dress at the time of pickup.
Dry cleaning charges of PKR 5,000 per dress will be deducted from the security deposit.
The remaining security deposit will be refunded within 2 days after the dress is returned, subject to inspection.
Once a dress is booked, it cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
All payments are strictly non-refundable, including advance and full payments.
In case of late return, a penalty of PKR 5,000 per day will be deducted from the security deposit.
Clients are required to inspect the dress thoroughly at the time of pickup. Any issues must be reported immediately.
Self-pickup and self-return of the dress are the sole responsibility of the client.
Dress reservations are not allowed under any circumstances.
Layout Studio shall not be held liable for delays or issues caused by weather conditions, political situations, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Full rental payment must be made at the time of booking. If partial payment is accepted, the remaining amount must be cleared within 24 hours.
Personal or family reasons will not be considered valid grounds for cancellation, changes, or refunds.
Sale dresses are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
In case of damage, stains, or mishandling, the client will be required to pay the full retail price of the dress, and the security deposit will be forfeited with no refund.
If Layout Studio is unable to provide the booked dress due to damage, poor condition, or any unavoidable reason, the client must select an alternative dress within the same price range. No refunds will be issued.
The client agrees that no legal claims or actions shall be taken against Layout Studio in relation to the booking, invoice, or services provided.
Proceeding with the booking confirms that the client has read, understood, and fully accepted all the above terms and conditions.
