At Layout Studio, we aim to make luxury designer dress rentals simple, transparent, and secure. Please review the following rental and return policy carefully before proceeding with your booking.


Rental Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Browse our collection through our website or Instagram page.

  2. Select your desired dress and contact us via WhatsApp, sharing your name, event date, and city to check availability.

  3. Once availability is confirmed, the following details are required to proceed with the booking:

    • CNIC copy (front & back)

    • Valid contact number

    • 100% advance rental payment (non-refundable)

    • Security Deposit:

      • PKR 30,000 for Formals

      • PKR 50,000 for Bridals
        (Refundable upon safe and timely return of the dress)

  4. The rental period is 4–6 days maximum, which includes:

    • 2 days before the event

    • Event day

    • Return the day after the event

  5. Clients may visit our studio by appointment for trial and fitting, if required. Minor alterations will be managed by our in-house tailoring team.

  6. The dress will be prepared for pickup or delivery according to your confirmed event schedule.


Advance Booking Recommendation

To ensure availability and a wider selection of designs, we strongly recommend booking at least 6 months prior to your event date.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Once a booking is confirmed, the rental amount is strictly non-refundable.

  • The security deposit will be refunded only after the dress is returned in its original condition.

  • Bookings cannot be transferred, postponed, or rescheduled, even in the event of personal, family, or schedule changes.


Late Return Policy

  • If the dress is returned late by even one day, the entire security deposit will be forfeited and not refunded.
